Share Your Gay Story

When I first found out about my son being gay and the other son bisexual, I felt alone, especially amongst my friends and family. They were very supportive but didn't really understand.

I found Pflag and met lots of people in the same situation as myself and it helped by hearing their stories.

It was great to know there were families going through the same emotional turmoil as myself. Even though I coped very well, there still were moments when I felt alone.

I thought it would be good to have stories from people in this same unique situation on this web site so others could get the benefit of not feeling alone.

It would be especially good to hear how you have coped from the beginning to now. We all need to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I would love to hear from any of you, whether you are a parent, family member, friend, spouse or child. All your stories are important.
